As a seasoned real estate professional for over 20 years. I understand that sellling and or buying a home is intricate and deeply personal. There is alot at stake both financially and personally. This along with the trust my clients place in me, is the driving factor for me to exceed their expectations. I understand the market trends, the players and all the variables involved in a real estate transaction from showing to closing.

As a certified buyer represented (CBR) and soon an acredited buyer representative (ABR) my secret sauce to my five star review is listening, paying attention to details, expert negotiation skills and my ability to keep deals on track in a efficient and professional manner. My expertise in handling a vast number of buyers has helped immensely on the seller side as well as I am knowledgeable in what a buyer requires in a home and as a result. I am able to advise the seller on how to strategically market their property to suit the needs of a prospective buyer.
